Dr. Ludwig Mantay ND, MPH, FMC, HMC(SW) USN(Ret)

I’m a functional medicine- trained |Naturopathic Doctor, Master of Public Health, and 21 year U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman, helping those who are sick and tired of being sick and tired, finding lasting vitality, resilience, and true healing. Dr. Ludwig’s focus is in Functional Medicine, Genetics, Bio Feedback and Hormonal Balance for men and women. He also focuses in Autoimmune Conditions, Pain Management, CranioSacral Therapy, Peptides, Regenerative Therapy, Cardiology, Metabolic Health as well as Pediatric Special Needs and Neuro-Pathology.

My journey into Naturopathic medicine was as a direct result of caring for a loved one as they struggled with chronic autoimmune conditions that, despite the best efforts of conventional approaches, progressively worsened. In trying to find an answer, I came across Naturopathy and applied its principles to their care and they improved significantly. This was the inspiration for my pursuit of this medicine. I have seen so many improve through the principles of Naturopathy in restoring vitality by helping the body’s innate healing capacity and intelligence. I am here to help you navigate this process by combining evidence based medicine with your goals and my clinical experience.

Dr. Anne Wells

As a naturopathic physician, I aim to support patients who have felt unheard or dismissed within the healthcare system by providing compassionate, practical care. I take time to listen, identify patterns, and connect the dots between symptoms, physiology, lifestyle, and stress, to understand why the body is responding the way it is, rather than focusing on isolated symptoms. My path into medicine is personal; I have navigated my own health challenges and witnessed family members struggle with complex, unresolved concerns. These experiences shaped me into a collaborative, curious, and deeply attentive physician. My goal is to help patients achieve adaptive wellness, meaning the ability to respond to life’s changes and stressors with resilience while maintaining balance and vitality. I believe health isn’t about perfection but about supporting the body through different seasons of life with realistic, sustainable strategies. I especially enjoy working with patients who want to understand their bodies better and engage in a thoughtful, individualized approach to care grounded in trust.
